1. Introduction

This License Agreement constitutes a binding legal contract between you, the end-user, and Superoutman, referred to here as the "Creator." This contract governs your use of the design assets, known herein as the "Assets," made available through the specified platform. By downloading or using the Assets, you are confirming your agreement to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

2. Grant of License

The Creator hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Assets subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

3. Free / Maga Assets

You are permitted to:

• Use the Assets in personal and commercial projects.

• Modify or combine the Assets with other works.

• Use the Assets in any media format.

You are not permitted to:

• Resell, redistribute, provide access to, share or transfer the Assets.

• Use the Assets in a way that competes with the Creator or the Website.

• Sell the Assets as standalone files or as part of a larger project.

• Assignment of copyright or owner rights.

4. Extended

This type of license isn’t included in Maga plan and can be purchased separately for the specific product. If you need extended license, please contact us for consultation.

You are permitted to:

• Everything included in the Maga plan.

• Digital or physical product for sale with an unlimited circulation.

• Unlimited physical advertisements for local, national, and global markets.

You are not permitted to:

• Reselling or redistributing of the products.

• Assignment of copyright or owner rights.

5. Intellectual Property

All assets are the property of @Superoutman. This agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

Even if you are licensed to use Funnnit products, you cannot claim authorship of the purchased product. The license only grants you the right to use the asset as specified in this agreement. You acknowledge that all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the assets are owned by the creator.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Creator may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with any term or condition. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Assets.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Assets are provided "as is". The Creator makes no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Creator be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Assets.

9. General

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Creator concerning the use of the Assets. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Creator resides. We reserve the right to change prices and revise the resource usage policy at any moment without reason explanation.
