1. Introduction

This License Agreement constitutes a binding legal contract between you, the end-user, and Superoutman, referred to here as the "Creator." This contract governs your use of the design assets, known herein as the "Assets," made available through the specified platform. By downloading or using the Assets, you are confirming your agreement to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

2. Types of Assets

Free Assets: Assets available without cost.

Maga / Team Assets: Premium Assets available for users who subscribe to the Maga / Team plan.

3. Grant of License

The Creator hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Assets subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

4. Permitted Uses

You are permitted to:

Use the Assets in personal and commercial projects.
Modify or combine the Assets with other works.
Use the Assets in any media format.

5. Restrictions

You are not permitted to:

Resell, redistribute, provide access to, share or transfer the Assets.
Use the Assets in a way that competes with the Creator or the Website.
Resell the Assets as standalone files or as part of a larger project if the Assets are not visibly changed or modified from their original form.
Assignment of copyright or owner rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All Assets are property of Superoutman. This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and to the Assets are owned by the Creator.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Creator may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with any term or condition. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Assets.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Assets are provided "as is". The Creator makes no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Creator be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Assets.

10. General

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Creator concerning the use of the Assets. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Creator resides.

Copyright

Even if you’re able to include or use any of Funnnit products under a license, you’re not able to assign the authorship of the purchased product as your own. You only get the license that allows you to use the asset only as specified in this license agreement terms.

Prohibitions

You do not have the right to redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license Funnnit products.

You are not allowed to offer the file downloaded to any third party. If you are creating end-products for sale or for free distribution, they shouldn’t include editable source files of Funnnit assets.

For any web applications or software programs, you should not include our graphic resources as an additional attachment. This will be considered as a redistribution of our resources which is forbidden.

You are not allowed to permit an end-user of the End Product to extract the Item and use it separately from the End Product.

If we suspect you do not comply with this agreement and the terms of using our service, we have the right to block your account and close access to the products without a refund and clarification of the circumstances.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace the License Terms at any time. The changes to the License will start to affect your next subscription period.
